While many of the rooms and spaces in the LRC may only be reserved by students, faculty, and staff, the LRC has a few rooms that may be reserved by community members.
You must use a valid email address to make a reservation request. You will need to click the confirmation link in the email you receive upon submitting your request. Keep in mind that booking a room is by request only. The room is not reserved until receipt of a confirmation email from an authorized LRC staff member. Please report issues to the main office. We want your visit to be a pleasant experience.
Instructions: To make a room request, click an available time you want your reservation to begin in the row corresponding to the room you wish to reserve. As soon as you select a time, a drop-down menu will appear below the room availability chart. Choose the desired end time from the drop-down menu that appears. You may select more than one room when submitting your request. If you need to remove a room from your request, click the trash can icon next to the drop-down menu.
