Staff conference rooms are available by reservation to Rose State College staff members only. The primary purpose of these rooms is to provide a place for staff to conduct committee meetings, etc.

You must use your Rose State College email address when requesting a room. You will need to click the confirmation link in the reservation email you receive upon submitting your request. If you need assistance, one of our friendly staff members at the Ask Here Desk or Circulation Desk will be happy to help!
Instructions: To make a room request, click an available time you want your reservation to begin in the row corresponding to the room you wish to reserve. As soon as you select a time, a drop-down menu will appear below the room availability chart. Choose the desired end time from the drop-down menu that appears. You may select more than one room when submitting your request. If you need to remove a room from your request, click the trash can icon next to the drop-down menu.
