The club/organization tables are located on the 1st floor in the south lobby and may be reserved by anyone. A modest booking fee may apply to reservations for activities not sponsored by the College. Please contact Campus Event Services at 405.736.0233 to inquire.
Please keep in mind that this online form submission is a request only. The table is not reserved until you receive a confirmation email confirming your reservation status.
Instructions: Start your booking request by selecting the desired begin time on the date you wish from the available time slots. Then, select an end time from the drop-down menu if the default duration is not what you want. Click the Submit Times button. Read the booking Terms & Conditions and click the Continue button. Provide the requested information in the booking form. Click the Submit my Booking button. You must use a valid email address when requesting a room. A verification link will be sent to this email address and you must verify within 15 minutes by following the directions in the email. If you do not verify within 15 minutes, your request will be canceled. Please report issues to the main office. We want your visit to be a pleasant experience.
